At MasayaCo, we take pride in our handcrafted furniture and want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are ineligible for return due to their unique, made-to-order nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble and pack the furniture in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For small items, use the provided prepaid label; for larger furniture pieces, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
