We follow a 'Seed to Seat' model. Our furniture is handcrafted using sustainably harvested wood from our own reforestation projects in Nicaragua, ensuring that we plant more trees than we harvest to protect the ecosystem.
How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard shipping for in-stock items typically takes 2-4 weeks. For custom or made-to-order pieces, the lead time is generally 10-14 weeks, which includes artisan crafting and international transit.
Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer white-glove delivery for an additional fee. This service includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies, and items must be in their original condition.
How do I care for my solid wood furniture?
To maintain the beauty of the wood, we recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct exposure to extreme sunlight or heat sources, which can cause the wood to warp or fade.

Yes, we provide a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This ensures your investment is protected as it settles into your home environment.
